About the Role:
As our Recruiter, you will be responsible for executing recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify their hiring needs and provide a pipeline of qualified candidates.

About the Role:
As our Recruiter, you will be responsible for executing recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify their hiring needs and provide a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Main responsibilities:
- Hiring for IT talents based globally
- Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial screening to final offer, including screening applicants for competency with the job requirement, scheduling interviews, performing background and reference checks, presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager, offering job positions, and completing the relevant paperwork.
- Write job descriptions and post them on relevant media platforms.
- Keeping track of all applicants and keeping applicants informed on the application process.
- Continuously analyze and improve recruitment processes to ensure a seamless and efficient candidate experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills, relationship-building, and networking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
