We are seeking 3 to 4 motivated and experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team for an online money transfer client. They’re cross-border remittance company serving the European and American Chinese communities. The mission of this position is to provide timely support for customer inquiries and complaints.
Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints through various channels, including voice, email, and online chat.
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues effectively.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries, comments, and complaints.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues as needed.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with company policies and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and verbal).
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Previous experience in a financial-related field is highly preferred.
• Able to support rotating shifts to provide round-the-clock service.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote work environment.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.

Working Shift: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm China Time, Monday to Friday
Training Shift: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday. Training will take 3-4 weeks
