This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Riviera Trattoria in Bali, Indonesia. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining quality food and beverage service.
Qualifications :
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Food & Beverage knowledge
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving and decision making abilities
- Experience in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of managing a successful restaurant
- Proficiency in using restaurant management software and basic office applications
Job Types: Full-time, Trial period contract
Contract length: 24 months
