The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales team, creating leads and meetings for webrand.com. This role is crucial for identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential enterprise-level leads in the global markets, primarily through cold calling and automated outreach.
You will be responsible for building relationships, qualifying leads, and creating opportunities for our Account Executives. Your ability to research and understand customer pain points, while offering creative solutions, will be key to your success and you will receive bonus on meetings booked, as well as downstream commission on all closed deals you bring in.
Key Responsibilities
As a key member of the Sales department, you will:
  • Conduct cold calls to enterprise businesses in your market, identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, converting them into sales-qualified opportunities for the sales team.
  • Perform in-depth research to understand potential leads’ needs and challenges, crafting personalised outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and improve lead quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and pipeline progress using CRM systems (Hub Spot currently).
  • Work side-by-side with the AE and Leadership team, ensuring a smooth handoff of qualified leads for further development.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and Desygner’s group products to better serve potential clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual lead generation targets.
Your Experience
To thrive in this role, you will need:
  • Proven experience in sales development or lead generation roles, preferably focused on cold calling business clients but as long as you can pick up the phone and talk convincingly, we want to hear from you.
  • Experience leading sales presentations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and engage prospects.
  • Experience in or interest in learning about creative platforms and marketing processes, is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Hub Spot.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
