As a Sales Manager, you will be crucial in leading the sale team to drive sales and promote our diesel generators from 6KVA to 6000KVA. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building and maintaining relationships, and closing sales deals. We are looking for experienced Sales Manager with excellent record of sales experience in a range of diesel generators.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Sales Team to achieve sales revenue targets and expand the dealer base across Saudi Arabia.
• Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop sales distribution network; identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.
• Travel regularly to meet with potential and existing clients in the assigned sales territory.

Qualifications and Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in Sales Management position in Saudi Arabia diesel generators industry.
• Strong knowledge of generators, power systems, and related equipment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
• Willingness to travel regularly and work independently.
