Your responsibilities and tasks:
  • Support Head of Sales of Divisions and it’s Front-Line Sales (FLS) to execute the daily sales & marketing related activities
  • Create customer account and opportunity in Customer Relationship System (CRM)
  • Sales order management and administration (back-office) - Maintain installed base database such as Data entry, filing duties, document control & other sales administrative tasks as and when assigned.
  • Coordinate Sales Activities (Provide invoicing, purchase orders, shipment, clearing, delivery and monitor account receivable)
  • Analyze sales data & support sales strategy
  • Support Management & Sales Team to drive Sales Excellence to achieve our financial key targets
  • Any other tasks as assigned by Line Manager
Your profile and qualifications:
  • Local Indonesian with excellent English language proficiency (written & spoken)
  • Well versed in MS office (Excel, Words, Power Point).
  • Good working attitude with a can-do positive attitude
  • Open minded, high energy and excellent communicator with a team collaboration mindset
  • Preference given to those who are current end user of CRM / SAP tool
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Accounting/Finance or any discipline in Engineering
