Job Description:
Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team, focusing on the Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and marketing, a deep understanding of the Horeca industry, and a proven track record of driving sales growth in this sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Horeca sector.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients in hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses.

2. Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers in the Horeca industry.
• Understand clients' needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Product Knowledge :

• Possess in-depth knowledge of our products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential clients.
• Provide training and product knowledge sessions to clients in the Horeca industry.

4. Sales Performance Analysis:

• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to achieve sales targets.
• Stay updated with industry trends and market demands to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

5. Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including product development, customer service, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
• Provide feedback from the field to help in the development of new products and services tailored to the Horeca sector.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles within the Horeca industry.
• Strong understanding of Horeca market trends, customer behavior, and competitive analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
