JOB DESCRIPTION :
Export Scope
Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu
Export Scope
- Support marketing to check inquiry / rate with shipping line / Airlines / Domestic (Pricing)
- Coordinate with Shipping Line for booking and release to Customer
- Coordinate with Logistic team for Container pick up / stuffing date
- Create Forecast Payment every Thursday
- Create Buying and Selling in System
- Support marketing to check inquiry / rate with overseas agent
- Coordinate with overseas agent for booking and BL preparation
- Check shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Insurance, Manifest) with Customer
- Monitoring the Vessel / Flight position
- Check pre alert from Overseas agent and update to customer
- Create and submit inward manifest to custom
- Create and submit insurance
- Coordinate with Custom Broker (PPJK) for Clearance documents
- Create Buying and Selling in System
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree.
- Fluent In English (spoken and written).
- At least 2 years of working experience In the related field.
- Having good knowledge about import procedures and regulations.
- Understanding In Freight Forwarding Business.
- Able to work under pressure, team player and good Communication Skill.
- Computer literate (Ms. Office, Software).
