Position Overview:
As a Shop Assistant at Kali Dogwear, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service in-store while also handling online inquiries through social media, Whats App, and managing stock updates on our website. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and has a knack for managing digital platforms.
Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in-store, providing product information and advice
• Respond to customer inquiries through social media channels (Instagram, Facebook) and Whats App with a friendly, professional approach
• Update product availability, descriptions, and stock levels on the company website
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and enhance the customer experience
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
• Support ad hoc tasks as needed, including preparing promotional content and managing online orders

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or online sales (preferred)
• Comfortable using social media platforms and Whats App for business purposes
• Have a good ENGLISH
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, proactive, and able to work well under pressure
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Availability to work in weekends and holidays
