Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for initiating, developing, and executing Brand IP marketing campaigns
• Collaborate and coordinate with various stakeholders from end to end, including working with internal brand growth team , creator manager, and other cross-functional teams for campaign creation and optimization
• Conduct data analysis on campaign performance (including order and GMV targets), good at problem solving and able to solve issues with innovative ideas, partnerships and activations that enhance campaign performance
• Keep abreast of trends on social media, e-commerce, digital marketing, and industry developments; leverage trends and developments to optimize campaigns' creative ideas and enhance brand awareness and influence
• Responsible for campaign monetization to optimize campaign revenue

Qualifications
Minimum Qualification

• Proficiency in end-to-end process of developing IP/brand marketing campaigns
• Proven experience in owning a comprehensive marketing campaign from ideation to execution
• Fluency in ecommerce, marketing campaigns and livestream language

Preferred Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce specializing in livestream or short videos
• English and local Indonesian language proficiency
