Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing methods such as networking, headhunting, referrals, and engaging passive candidates.
Conduct competency-based interviews and provide detailed candidate assessments to hiring managers.
Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive impression of Skintific.
Collaborate with the HR team on workforce planning, talent management, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and successfully hiring for diverse roles.
Strong sourcing skills, including experience with Linked In Recruiter, job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Experience in employer branding, campus recruitment, or talent pipeline development is a plus.
Passion for the beauty and skincare industry and alignment with Skintific’s culture and values.
