• Responsibilities:

1. Create Social Media Strategy:

2. Create Content Brief:

• Develop detailed content briefs for the creative team.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and meets client expectations.

3. Schedule Posting on Social Media:

• Ensure timely and consistent posting.
• Monitor and engage with the audience on all platforms.

4. Meeting with Clients:

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss social media strategy, progress, and results.
• Gather client feedback and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

5. Monthly Report:

• Prepare and present detailed monthly performance reports to clients and management.
• Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights.
• Recommend improvements based on performance metrics.

6. Optimize Social Media:

• Continuously optimize social media accounts for maximum visibility and engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.
• Implement new tools and techniques to improve efficiency.

7. Manage Ads Manager Account:

• Set up and manage social media advertising campaigns.
• Monitor ad performance and adjust budgets and strategies as needed.
• Ensure ads are compliant with platform policies and guidelines.

8. Onboarding New Clients:

• Manage the onboarding process for new clients.
• Conduct initial strategy meetings and set up social media accounts.
• Ensure a smooth transition and start for new clients.

9. Handle 5-6 Accounts:

• Manage and execute social media strategies for multiple clients simultaneously.
• Ensure all accounts receive the same level of attention and quality.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with social media advertising and analytics.
• Creative thinker with a passion for social media.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
