Scubaspa, an esteemed luxury vessel fleet in Indonesia, renowned for exceptional scuba diving, indulgent spa services, gourmet cuisine, yoga, water sports, captivating itineraries, and exceptional service, is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our team.
Job Description:
We seek an experienced professional to oversee the daily operations aboard our vessels, ensuring the delivery of outstanding and luxurious diving and spa services.
Responsibilities:
· Direct food preparation and collaborate with the executive chef.
· Contribute to the design of culinary offerings.
· Maintain smooth kitchen operations.
· Produce high-quality dishes in taste and presentation.
· Supervise and lead kitchen staff.
· Assist in menu planning, inventory, and supply management.
· Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
· Exhibit aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
· Remain reliable, multitask proficiently, and perform well under pressure.

Requirements:
· Job Type: Contract (12 months).
· Ability to live and work on the boat for 11 months with 1 month of Annual Leave.
· Education: D1-D4 (Preferred).
· Experience: Prior liveaboard experience (preferred), Sous Chef: 3 years (Preferred).
· Language: Proficiency in English (Preferred).
