SPA MANAGER
Job Summary
The Spa Manager oversees all aspects of the spa's operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth daily operations, and financial success. The role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to develop and motivate a team of spa professionals.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth functionality of the spa.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to enhance skills and morale.
• Ensure an outstanding guest experience by maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Prepare and manage the spa budget, including revenue and expense targets.
• Monitor sales, revenue, and profitability, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotions, special events, and campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and competitor activities.

Job Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry trends.
• Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in spa or wellness management.
• Placement is for the clinic in Pererenan, Bali
