NEED STAFF OFFICE PARTNERSHIP :
Job Description:

• Provide general administrative support including data entry, compile for CI Reporting
• Maintaining administrative/documentation records (supplier meeting, records feedback from supplier issue, etc).
• Conduct daily, weekly to record pricing for each competitor and insights for competitor activity.
• Provide checking and monitoring all SKU data promo (New & closed SKU).

Responsibilities:

• Conduct data entry with high accuracy and attention to details in Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis.
• Ensure no dispute data between supplier data and Mitra Shopee.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Assist administration record for regular CI data & reporting
• Ability to find the root cause and resolve administrative problems.

Requirements:

• Diploma/bachelor’s degree (D3/S1) or equivalent from any major discipline.
• Knowledge of office administration and having experience in Telco and other digital products is an advantage,
• Proficient using Microsoft Excel/MS office and Google Doc, Google sheet (Basic functions).
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, planned and productive to get the most from each working day.
• Good communication skills and being proactive.
