Requirements :

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in education administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A strong commitment to student safety and well-being.
• Understanding of institutional policies, degree requirements, and educational resources.

Job Description :

• Oversee daily office operations, including correspondence, and record-keeping for academic matters.
• Maintain accurate student records and databases.
• Responsible for student recruitment : written test, interview test, and prepare student LOA or LOAN.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of student information.
• Liaise with parents, students, and staff to address inquiries and concerns.
