- Supervise and manage engineering projects in the mining area, including planning, execution, and completion.
- Ensure all projects are executed within budget, schedule, and technical specifications.
- Develop engineering plans to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Design and recommend technical solutions to address issues encountered in mining operations.
- Lead and support a team of engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance and support.
- Schedule work, allocate tasks, and ensure team members receive adequate training.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and technical facilities at the mining site.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment functions properly and reduce downtime.
- Manage the budget for engineering projects, including expenditures for equipment, materials, and resources.
- Prepare project financial reports and control costs to prevent budget overruns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering within the coal mining industry, including managerial experience overseeing engineering projects.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and managing large-scale engineering projects at mining sites.
- In-depth knowledge of mining engineering, equipment design, and maintenance systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documents.
- Adaptability to changing conditions and challenges in a mining environment.
- Willingness to be stationed in Lahat, South Sumatra.
