The responsibilities of the job is as follow:

• Monitor document received from shipper/consignee daily,
• Send original document for every movement type timely as per agreed timeline by customers,
• Monitor and follow up undelivered shipments,
• Communicate with customers, liners, vendors for any queries (minimum able to correspondence in English)
• Escalate and work together for any unsolved problem to superior,
• Completing report related to document tasks, whether regularly or ad-hoc,
• Record all failure of parties related,
• Maintain all KPI related to document tasks,
• Back up unattended peer
