Requirements:
- Have Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the same position
- Familiar with the seller dashboard on marketplace platforms, preferably experienced with Tik Tok
- Strong analytical skills, proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
- Able to work both in a team and independently
- Ensure correct allocation of products across marketplaces
- Set up promotions for the marketplace
- Create reports for each promotion and provide analysis
- Understand and operate all marketplace features on the seller dashboard, such as reports, affiliate programs, orders, ads, etc.
- Maintain good store ratings, order management, and fulfillment
- Ensure products are properly displayed, especially during new arrivals on the marketplace
- Provide and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales reports for management
- Request products for live streaming with MD according to the timeline
- Control and supervise the live streaming team on Tik Tok
- Monitor live streamer performance during live sessions on Tik Tok
