- Install, configure, and manage physical and virtual servers running on VMware v Sphere or similar virtualization platforms.
- Administer Windows Server and Linux server environments, including user accounts, permissions, and security policies.
- Manage and maintain SQL Server databases, including backups, performance optimization, and security.
- Configure and manage storage solutions (SAN, NAS) for efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Manage and troubleshoot network configurations, ensuring smooth network operation.
- Design, implement, and maintain a robust and scalable server infrastructure to meet the needs of the organization.
- Perform routine server maintenance tasks, including patching, updates, and system health checks.
- Monitor server performance and identify and troubleshoot any potential issues.
- Document server configurations and procedures for future reference.
- Assist end-users with server-related issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest server technologies and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Server Administrator or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of VMware v Sphere or similar virtualization platforms.
- Strong understanding of Windows Server and Linux Server administration.
- Proficiency in SQL Server administration.
- Working knowledge of storage technologies (SAN, NAS).
- Familiarity with network concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) & Security Firewall
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Willing to work on site (placement : Cakung, Jakarta Timur)
