Job Overview:
We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented Tech Support Agents to join our Tech Support team. The role involves providing front-line technical support to our customers, handling and resolving basic technical issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and technical issues through phone, email, or chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues related to Shipper's logistics systems.
• Provide step-by-step technical assistance to customers, ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Familiar with ticketing systems such as Freshdesk or similar platforms for logging and managing support tickets.
• Log all customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the support ticketing system.
• Maintain our SLA (Service Level Agreement) by ensuring timely resolution of issues and prompt communication with customers.
• Maintain knowledge of current systems and services to provide accurate solutions to customers.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve issues efficiently.
• Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like Freshdesk is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
• Familiarity with logistics systems is a plus.
