Job Description:

• Execute Trade Marketing, Sales Force, Channel Strategy Plan per Region/National (distributor/dealers, retailers-GT & MT channel concept, selling in & selling out, whole sales) of national project.
• Lead and oversee short and long-term project of Sales Force, promotional material as briefed by Sales Manager (Sales Division/Department), ensuring all works execution and update report delivered on time.
• Maintain all KP| Principle guidelines at all times and raise any concerns with the national team (including manpower matter, reporting, deployment execution and performance appraisal).
• Support and Coordination with internal and external PIC in area/branch to ensure the project and operational activities are completed to specifications and deadlines in order to achieve the project KPI Principle guideline.
• General administration duties as well as any other special projects that may arise.

Requirements:

• Male/Female max 35 years old
• Min. Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business or any background education
• Min. 1-2 years experience in the same field
• Expertise in Principal Company; Trade Marketing (General Trade & Modern Trade), Brand Marketing , Field marketing, and Channel FMCG.
• Experience in handling national team, min 100 people (more preferably)
• Strong leadership, people skills, and ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent project execution
• Ability to Multitask to meet deadlines and demonstrate a sense of urgency
• Attention to detail and accuracy
