• Underwriting governance and adherence to insurance requirements
• Carrier (insurers) relationship management ownership in Vietnam
• Profitability analysis & ownership for insurance and non-insurance programs
• Develop GI products along with carriers for distribution business
• Reinsurance Strategy – design & implementation of reinsurance structures
• Set up the reporting of profitability trends by each carrier and region for profitability monitoring
• Organizing fronting arrangements & reinsurance treaties with insurers /reinsurers in the region

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or Actuarial Science
• Minimum 10 years of experience in General Insurance (direct insurer/reinsurer) . Having worked with an insurtech is beneficial
• Extensive knowledge of products like mobile protection, extended warranty is preferred
• Exposure to underwriting/ pricing and profitability control is needed
• Experience in reinsurance placements in coordination with reinsurers and insurers will be a plus
• Excellent data analytic skills preferred for portfolio management and profit and loss analysis
• Actuarial background would be advantageous
