The goal of the Venue Manager is to keep operations running smoothly to create a positive atmosphere for customers. Common duties and responsibilities of a Venue Manager include:

• Staff training
• Maintaining safety and food quality standards
• Keeping customers happy, getting their feedback on the experience and handling complaints
• Organizing schedules
• Supervising daily shift operations, including front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
• Controlling operating costs and identifying ways to cut waste
• Appraising staff performance

Qualifications:

• Have an experience at the same position minimum 3-4 years
• Speak English
• Domiciled in Bali
