Key Responsibilities:

- Create compelling video ads for Instagram and Tiktok, optimized for each platform's specifications and best practices
- Edit raw footage, graphics, and audio to produce polished, professional-quality videos
- Find video clips and stock videos to create catchy videos
- Develop eye-catching thumbnails and cover images for video ads
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and marketing strategists to align video content with overall campaign objectives
- Adapt existing long-form content into shorter, impactful ad formats
- Incorporate motion graphics, text overlays, and special effects to enhance video content
- Ensure all videos adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistent visual style
- Stay up-to-date with the latest video trends and advertising techniques in the beauty industry
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- 3+ years of experience in video editing, preferably in advertising or e-commerce
- Proven track record of creating successful video ads for social media platforms
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Strong understanding of video ad requirements and best practices for Facebook and You Tube
- Excellent visual storytelling skills and ability to convey product benefits concisely
- Familiarity with beauty and health product videography techniques
- Knowledge of color grading and audio editing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Portfolio demonstrating diverse video editing projects, particularly in advertising
- Experience in the health, beauty, or wellness industries
- Knowledge of Instagram and Tiktok
- Understanding of video SEO principles
- Familiarity with data-driven optimization of video content
- Experience with 3D animation or advanced motion graphics
- Basic understanding of video production and filming techniques
