Responsibilities

We're looking for an Executive Assistant to:

• Lead the way in organizing multiple projects, handling administrative tasks, and assisting the manager in staying on top of their workload.
• Maintain a detailed overview of all business operations and projects, with the ability to effectively manage them.
• Manage timelines, events, and tasks, as well as take care of calendars, emails, communication, and more.
• Be actively involved in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth progress across all projects with a high level of engagement.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
• High-level project management skills
• Excellent and efficient communication skills
• Experience in using Notion, Click UP or similar (should be an expert in software for management/organization)
• Impeccable attention to detail; you value accuracy and take full ownership of mistakes mades
