Main Responsibilities:

• Receipt and Accounting of Inventory: Inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity according to the accompanying documents.
• Storage Organization: Arrange materials in the warehouse, considering storage conditions and material specifications.
• Material Issuance: Ensure accurate and timely issuance of materials as requested by staff.
• Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventories to verify the actual availability of materials against the records.
• Record-Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of material movements using warehouse management software.
• Stock Monitoring: Track material stocks in the warehouse and promptly notify when supplies need replenishing.
• Safety Compliance: Maintain order in the warehouse and adhere to safety regulations when handling materials.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory accounting.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and office programs (1C, Excel, etc.).
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting and moving construction materials).
• English & Russian speaking
