Job Title: Web Designer (Wordpress/Frontend Designer)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Web Designer (Wordpress/Frontend Designer) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging user interfaces, focusing on understanding user needs and behavior to deliver exceptional design solutions. Your key responsibilities will include developing wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, implementing designs into Word Press with a focus on responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility, and customizing Word Press functionality using plugins.
As a part of our team, you will be expected to stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance your design capabilities continuously. You will also optimize website performance to ensure fast loading times and an exceptional user experience. Effective communication with clients to understand their goals and provide tailored design solutions will be a crucial part of your role.
Your Responsibilities:

• Develop intuitive, user-centered interfaces by analyzing user needs, behaviors, and feedback.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design concepts and guide development.

• Design and implement responsive, high-performance websites in Word Press, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first design.

• Customize and extend Word Press functionality using themes, plugins, and custom code when necessary.

• Create design from wireframe into Angular and Vue.js frameworks, ensuring a seamless user experience working with backend developer for API integration.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging technologies to consistently refine and elevate design capabilities.

• Optimize website performance, enhancing page load speed and improving overall user experience.

• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their vision and deliver design solutions that align with their goals and expectations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Expertise in Word Press design, development, and plugin management.

• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first approaches.

• Solid knowledge of front-end coding principles, with the ability to collaborate on Angular and Vue.js projects.

• Proficient in design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and Figma.

• Knowledge of interaction design principles, with an emphasis on creating user-friendly, accessible designs.

• Strong communication skills and ability to discuss design options and technical constraints effectively with both clients and team members.

• Flexibility and adaptability in response to changing project needs and user feedback.
