Qualitest is growing and we are looking for our next Experienced Backend Developer to join our team in Tel Aviv!
Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain secure backend services and systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new cybersecurity features.

Ensure the performance, quality, and security of applications.

Identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs, and implement security measures.

Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
-
Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support.
Job requirements
- Experience - 10+ years in backend development or significant experience as a Tech Lead, particularly in the cybersecurity industry
- Proficiency in Python development.
- Strong expertise in AWS (Amazon Web Services).
- Solid experience with Kubernetes (K8S) for container orchestration.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, mentor junior developers, and manage complex projects.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with other programming languages and frameworks.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of security best practices in backend development.
