We are looking for a People Success Specialist for an exciting and challenging position!
This is a full-time position in Petah Tikva in a hybrid model.
As our People Success specialist, your responsibilities include matching engineers to projects, overseeing the internal talent pool (ITP) life cycle, discussing career development with our engineers, and managing to execute internal mobility and promotion of employees.
Responsibilities
Assisting employees in developing career paths within the company, by leading internal mobility
Resolve company challenges by supporting internal rotation and succession planning
Monitor employees' internal mobility potential and new business opportunities, to determine which skills will be needed in the future and suggest potential solutions
Serve as the key liaison between leadership, engineers, and the client-facing team
Collaborate with Account and Technology managers to understand the business needs
Perform a variety of people success and resource management-related tasks
Requirements
6-18 months experience in Talent acquisition /Workforce Management/ Business Operations (IT Services Industry - big advantage) - must
Ability to negotiate for desired outcomes, enforce rules, and build healthy working relationships - must
Strong collaboration skills, Assertive conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills - must
Ability to be diplomatic or firm when necessary, in order to drive business forward or obtain results - must
High level English- reading, writing & speaking - must
Someone who is comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment
orientation to business operations - an advantage
