We are looking for a Controller, based in our Ra'anna, Israel office reporting to the Director of Finance. The successful candidate will be a key member of the global finance team, supporting multiple legal entities in different regions. The Controller will be responsible for monthly closing processes, financial analysis & reporting, tax filling and supporting FP&A activities for a global software business.

Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Controller, based in our Ra'anna, Israel office reporting to the Director of Finance. The Controller will be responsible for monthly closing processes, financial analysis & reporting, tax filling and supporting FP&A activities for a global software business.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance; CPA required
- 5 years of general accounting experience with 2+ years of experience as a controller
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Net Suite
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Hebrew and English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in multinational companies is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Oversee monthly closing processes (AP, AR, GL, Amortization, Consolidation)
- Manage fixed assets and monthly Revenue Recognition, COGS margin analysis
- Ensure quality control over P&L transactions
- Manage reconcile intercompany reconciliation
- Prepare all Balance Sheet account reconciliations and key accruals
- Oversee software capitalization and amortization, working with R&D
- Prepare tax filings and reporting for all group entities
- Prepare financial statements and liaise with the auditors
- Handle local reporting and compliance
- Support global collection efforts and bookkeepers' daily tasks
- Assist with budgeting process
