flo LIVE is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Corporate Controller to join our finance team in Israel and lead the financial reporting. If you are a team player, independent, highly committed with strong interpersonal skills, submit your application!
we are looking for a controller with the following skills:
- Manage all monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidated statements.
- Preparing and monitoring financial reporting.
- Managing subsidiaries' finance teams (bookkeepers, salary processors, tax advisors, and assistant controller).
- Support the finance department with ad-hoc tasks.
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
- Preparing annual audits for the parent company and its subsidiaries.
- Preparing statutory tax reports, overseas tax, and subsidiary tax fillings.
- Interface with outside audit firms.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- 3+ years’ experience in a global start-up company -MUST
- CPA experience from a large accounting firm (Big 4) - MUST
- Previous experience with Net Suite - MUST (ad advantage if you've implemented it before)
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills - MUST
- Excellent accounting software user - Priority experience – Advantage
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Experience with creating financial statements
- Experience in US-GAAP
- Fluent verbal and written English skills
- Highly accountable person
- Ability to prioritize and complete varied tasks within tight deadlines
- Experience in various financial system implementation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
