Location: Herzliya, Israel (On-site)

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and driven German Sales Representative to work on-site in Herzliya, handling sales and customer support for our German-speaking clients. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships, driving sales, and delivering exceptional service to ensure our customers have the best experience with our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with German-speaking customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions from our product line.
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and other communication channels to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding products, pricing, and availability.
  • Process orders, ensure timely delivery, and follow up on customer inquiries to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to improve the customer journey and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and market trends to provide relevant advice and suggestions to clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Native or fluent in German (both written and spoken) – mandatory.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service,.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Results-driven with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
