Papaya is one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment for millions of users across multiple apps. We are seeking a talented and experienced Litigation Counsel to join our AMAZING legal team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage a wide range of legal matters, including complex international litigation, while working closely with the General Counsel, and managing external legal counsel.

Requirements:
- LL.B. degree and a valid attorney license
- At least 5 years of experience in litigation, with an emphasis on international experience
- Experience working with high-tech companies - Must
- Gaming industry experience is an advantage
- Project planning capabilities - Must
- Proven ability to independently manage complex litigation cases
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to represent the company's best interests
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
- High-level proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing high-level strategic litigation, including engagements with regulatory authorities
- Collaborating with multiple organizational functions to support litigation matters
- Representing the company in complex disputes, including arbitration and mediation proceedings
- Managing relationships with external legal counsel
- Anticipating potential legal risks and proactively preparing for legal challenges
- Drafting relevant legal reports and documents
