Nayax is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist & HR Operations with a strong background in technological recruitment and proven track record of attracting and hiring top talent for technical roles and a deep understanding of HR operational processes to support the company’s expansion while ensuring efficient HR operations to support employee lifecycle processes.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:
Talent Acquisition (50%):
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technology roles, including software, QA, automation, engineering, IT, and other specialized tech positions.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage top tech talent through job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Partner with hiring managers and department leads to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
- Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and future openings.
- Utilize data-driven recruitment metrics to track and report on hiring progress, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Oversee and implement HR operational functions, including employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll management, attendance, HRIS, and compliance with local employment laws across multiple regions.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop, update, and execute HR policies and procedures aligned with global and regional standards.
- Support the implementation and alignment of global HR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance and company policies globally.
- Audits and Reporting - Regularly conducting audits and generating compliance reports to ensure operational accuracy.
- Lead HR operational projects related to process improvement, automation, and scaling to support the company’s growth.
- Third-Party Contracts: Managing relationships with external vendors (e.g., payroll providers, HR software vendors, benefits suppliers) to ensure services are delivered efficiently.
Requirements:
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on tech recruitment in a global, high-growth environment.
- Experience in HR operations, with expertise in managing onboarding, offboarding, HRIS, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of tech industry trends and in-demand skill sets.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and operational projects simultaneously.
- Experience with global HR practices and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with HR data and metrics.
