As a Tech Lead, you will mentor and empower software developers while driving the design and development of new features using Java Script, React, and PHP. • 7+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer - Must.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or mentoring role - Must.
• 4+ years of proven experience working with web applications using React and Java Script - Must.
• 3+ years of experience in PHP - Must.
• Experience with unit and end-to-end (E2E) testing - Must.
• Experience with CSS and SCSS.
• Deep understanding of the web application development lifecycle and industry best practices.
• Experience with cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong English language communication skills, both verbal and written.

An advantage:

• Experience with Node JS.
• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git Hub Actions workflows.
• Experience building or maintaining open-source projects.
• Experience with Word Press and Elementor.
• Prior experience in a tech lead or team lead role within a fast-paced environment.
