Tyvak International is seeking new members to join their team to support space mission development.
Tyvak International is looking for an Accounting assistant (p. time 21h) – protected categories (L. 68/99). The candidate will join the Finance Office and will support the current team in the management of the company.
In detail, the responsibilities include (although not limited to):

Contribute to the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries
Assist in booking and reconciling company credit cards and related bank statements
Assist in reconciling employees travel expenses and reimbursements
Support the preparation of financial statements and regulatory reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards
Assist with other accounting processes

NOTE: Vacancy is expected to be filled in no more than 30 calendar days from the completion of the hiring process.
Requirements

Belonging to protected categories (L.68/99) is mandatory
2-3 years of previous experience in similar role
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular MS Excel and other data analysis tools.
Knowledge of Genya software is a plus
Familiarity with accounting principles and standards (IT GAAP/US GAAP is a plus)
Fluent/good English is required (spoken and written)
Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.

Other information

Contract type: temporary contract – 12 months with the possibility of extension.
Part-time (21 hours per week).
