Acquisition SoHo Project Manager

Role purpose:
This position is about designing, launching and measuring the Offer and Go to Market activities related to mobile and fixed line propositions for Vodafone So Ho customers. You will do so by working within the So Ho Cluster and as such actively participating to the agile methodology as followed by Vodafone Business.
You will be responsible for every aspect of the offer and customer base management with a special focus on developing and coordinate the product capability roadmap, selling tools and collaterals. To achieve your objective, you will have to interact with all Vodafone Business departments involved in product development and implementation, including IT, Network and Commercial Operations.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
Commercial Business Impact
- Create and own market requirements specifications and processes for the product(s) and related offers. Responsible for taking services through the product development processes, from ideation through to completion
- Accountable for design and processes of new mobile, fixed and convergence products, with a focus on product innovation and costs rationalisation
- Actively develop and execute best customer base life cycle experience to improve/innovate/simplify customer journey and delight them
- Managing key stakeholders in Vodafone Italy (mainly Product Management, Technology, Network and Commercial Operations Functions)
- Accountable for product-related costs (capex and opex) and their impact on product competitiveness
Key performance indicators:
- Product Roadmap developed according to Canvass Timeline
- Product performs equal or better than the budget
- So Ho NPS
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Knowledge of the technical offer and Canvass process
- Significant hands-on experience on product management, product lifecycle management and product development
- Passionate for Marketing product development and project management
- Strong communications skills, comfortable interfacing with different audiences of varied levels of seniority
- Proactivity and willingness to learn and teamwork through agile methodology
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Graduated (Engineering, Computer Science, or Economics)
- ICT/Telco Product Management experience
- Very good M365 skills, Power Point and Excel in particular
