La figura inserita avrà un ruolo strategico nella gestione dell’atelier dedicato all’abbigliamento uomo/donna, guidando il team e collaborando con le diverse funzioni aziendali per garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di qualità, creatività ed efficienza.

Staff International è alla ricerca di una figura di Atelier Manager RTW, per il brand Jil Sander, presso la sede di Milano (MI).
La figura inserita avrà un ruolo strategico nella gestione dell’atelier dedicato all’abbigliamento uomo/donna, guidando il team e collaborando con le diverse funzioni aziendali per garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di qualità, creatività ed efficienza.
Le principali responsabilità saranno:
- Supervisionare tutte le attività dell’atelier, assicurando il rispetto degli standard qualitativi richiesti;
- Gestire l’assegnazione interna dei capi, garantendo il rispetto dei timing ed un utilizzo ottimale dei materiali;
- Collaborare con ufficio stile, sviluppo prodotto e modellerie;
- Responsabilità della fase di industrializzazione dei capi e svolgimento prove;
- Supportare lo sviluppo e la realizzazione di prototipi e campioni assicurandone la conformità tecnica nel rispetto degli input stilistici.
- Identificare opportunità di miglioramento dei processi, proponendo soluzioni innovative ed efficienti.
Requisiti richiesti:
- Esperienza consolidata (almeno 10-15 anni) in ruoli di gestione in atelier di brand del lusso.
- Conoscenza approfondita delle tecniche sartoriali e dei processi produttivi del settore moda.
- Eccellenti capacità di leadership, con una comprovata esperienza nella gestione di team multidisciplinari.
- Forte orientamento alla qualità e attenzione ai dettagli.
- Capacità di lavorare in un contesto dinamico e di rispettare le scadenze.
- Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Passione e forte interesse per il brand Jil Sander.
