Pay: €1.00 - €22,689.00 per year

Are you passionate about hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Yellow Square is seeking a dynamic and professional Supervisor/Senior Bartender to enhance our guests' experience. If you have a love for creating memorable moments and excellent service, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Beverage Mastery: Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, hot and cold.
- Inventory Management: Stock and maintain inventory according to storage requirements.
- Clean and Maintain: Dismantle and clean machinery as needed.
- Guest Interaction: Take orders, serve food and drinks, and engage with our guests to ensure a delightful experience.
- Payment Processing: must handle customer payments efficiently and ensure the cash register is accurate and balanced.
- Special Requests: Address special requests and answer any questions to provide top-notch service.
- Team coordination: Must be capable of coordinating a small team and collaborating with various departments within the hostel.
- Feedback: at the end of every shift, deliver a feedback of the night.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Teamwork: Strong ability to collaborate within a team and across departments.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varied hours; shifts are 8.5 hours, 5 days a week, from 7:30 am to 2:30 am, Monday to Sunday.

- Language Proficiency: Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and Italian.
