Key Responsibilities:

• Beverage Mastery: Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, hot and cold.
• Inventory Management: Stock and maintain inventory according to storage requirements.
• Clean and Maintain: Dismantle and clean machinery as needed.
• Guest Interaction: Take orders, serve food and drinks, and engage with our guests to ensure a delightful experience.
• Payment Processing: must handle customer payments efficiently and ensure the cash register is accurate and balanced.
• Special Requests: Address special requests and answer any questions to provide top-notch service.
• Team coordination: Must be capable of coordinating a small team and collaborating with various departments within the hostel.
• Feedback: at the end of every shift, deliver a feedback of the night.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Teamwork: Strong ability to collaborate within a team and across departments.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work varied hours; shifts are 8.5 hours, 5 days a week, from 7:30 am to 2:30 am, Monday to Sunday.
• Customer Service Excellence: Committed to delivering outstanding service.
• Language Proficiency: Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and Italian.
