At our iconic Hotel Cipriani, a Belmond Hotel, Venice, we are looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join our Pastry team (6 Pastry Talents) for the 2025 season. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for pastry and hospitality and reports directly to our Pastry Chef.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Prepare specific food items, such as pastries, chocolates, cakes etc.;
• Always follow the directions provided by our Pastry Chef;
• Collaborate with the rest of the Kitchen and restaurant team in order to ensure high-quality food and service;
• Take care of commis de partie and trainees within the Pastry Team.

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in the position within a high-end restaurant or 5*hotels;
• Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally;
• Good communication (Italian mandatory) and interpersonal skills.
