For the 2025 season, we are seeking a dedicated Chef de Rang to join our team at Castello di Casole, A Belmond Hotel, Tuscany. In this role, you will be a key player in delivering extraordinary luxury dining experiences that reflect the unparalleled charm and sophistication of our property.
Your responsibilities will include managing the operations within our Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring impeccable attention to detail from the guests’ arrival until their departure. A former 10th-century castle, the 39 suites of Castello di Casole retain the ambiance of a private country house. It is a gateway to rolling hills, olive groves, and vineyards, as well as Tuscan towns Siena, Florence, and San Gimignano. The hotel is rooted in its agricultural past, displaying Etruscan artifacts found across its 3,200 acres. Its cuisine celebrates its surroundings, with a farm-to-table concept and a focus on simple, fresh produce. Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Operational Excellence: Fulfil the operations of the Food & Beverage outlets according to the Company policies, high standards, and procedures.
- Guest Experience: Monitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the restaurant layout before they arrive to the service they receive. Act to ensure flawless service and anticipate guests' needs.
- Guest Relations: Establish and maintain good relationships with all guests, handling requests and enquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate and monitor the Commis de Rang assigned to you, ensuring they deliver high standards of service.

- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Previous work experience in a luxury restaurant.
