Role Overview
We are currently recruiting a Commissioning Manager with consultancy Data Centre experience to join a client focused team in Italy to help develop and drive our Data Centre capability.
This is an exciting opportunity to join and strengthen our team. RLB’s Data Centre team works on wide range of projects including new build, fit out, refurbishment and capacity upgrades. This role presents an excellent opportunity to take responsibility for providing all services relating to project management on Data Centre project.
Role Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to the latest/contracted version of the Commissioning Plan of Record and the documents incorporated by reference.
- Development of Commissioning Procedures and Standards by work closely with the team to ensure commissioning complies with standards.
- Regularly reviews Construction Progress, QA/QC, Commissioning progress, Issues, and KPI metrics to report to management.
- Manage the Commissioning Process.
- Drive the project commissioning process including scope and schedule to create and/or maintain best quality practices.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Construction role related degree
Experience
- Experience working as a Commissioning Manager
- Data Centre experience
- Knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical Test Equipment
- Understanding of UPS systems, switchgear, generators and critical mechanical systems
- Able to develop and write detailed Commissioning Scripts
