Sarai inserito nel team Ufficio gare e, come specialista contratti/subappalti e PNRR, con crescente autonomia, ti occuperai delle seguenti attività:

  • Gestione del processo di contrattualizzazione dei subappalti
  • raccolta della documentazione amministrativa dei subappaltatori
  • verifica del rispetto delle procedure interne di ingaggio dei subappaltatori
  • predisposizione delle bozze contrattuali
  • interlocuzione con le funzioni di business e legali per la finalizzazione dei contratti di subappalto
  • preparazione ed invio delle istanze di subappalto alle pubbliche amministrazioni
  • gestione delle eventuali richieste integrative/chiarimenti
  • alimentazione del DB di monitoraggio dei subappalti
  • archiviazione delle autorizzazioni della documentazione prodotta
  • Gestione della documentazione amministrativa con riferimento ai progetti finanziati con fondi PNRR (dichiarazioni titolare effettivo, dichiarazioni ex art. 47 D.L. 77/2021, presentazione relazioni/rapporti parità di genere ecc)
  • Supporto amministrativo nella gestione delle grandi convenzioni (supporto al business nella produzione documentale propedeutica alla stipula dei contratti attuativi)

You will be inserted into the Tender Office team, as a Contract/Subcontract and PNRR Specialist, and with increasing autonomy, you will be responsible for the following activities:
  • Management of the subcontracting contractual process
  • Collection of administrative documentation of subcontractors
  • Verification of compliance with internal procedures for engaging subcontractors
  • Preparation of contractual drafts
  • Liaison with business and legal functions for the finalization of subcontracting contracts
  • Preparation and submission of subcontracting applications to public administrations
  • Management of any additional requests/clarifications
  • Updating the subcontract monitoring database
  • Archiving authorizations and produced documentation
  • Management of administrative documentation regarding projects funded with PNRR funds (beneficial owner declarations, declarations pursuant to art. 47 D.L. 77/2021, submission of gender equality reports, etc.)
  • Administrative support in the management of major agreements (supporting the business in the production of documentation necessary for the stipulation of implementation contracts)


To be the ideal candidate, you must have:
  • Precision and accuracy
  • Knowledge of the procurement code d.lgs. 36/2023 and previous versions
  • Respect for deadlines and a sense of priorities
  • Flexibility
  • A good command of the English language is also appreciated.
  • Furthermore, strong skills in working towards goals, a strong aptitude for problem-solving, good communication and relational skills, client focus, enthusiasm, high motivation, and a natural inclination for teamwork are required.
You must be a person capable of inspiring trust and leading change through your motivation and enthusiasm, able to manage stress and priorities with relative autonomy.
