MTM Engineering Ltd have an opportunity for an experienced Document Controller to join our Team, either based in our Head Office in Slane, or on-site in Milan. You will be responsible for the administration and quality control of the document management system of a major project in Milan.
If you opt to work from Head Office in Slane, an initial two week onboarding and occasional travel to Milan will be required.

Our expertise spans across industries such as Data Centres and Pharmaceutical throughout Europe and beyond.
Responsibilities…

Manage, control and co-ordinate and daily issuing of project specific documentation
Acceptance, QA Checks and upload of documentation to the Electronic Document Management System to ensure full compliance with global and local record requirements.
Follow up with document owners to correct any errors in existing documents.
Monitoring and ensuring that any relevant reviews or updates are provided
Report weekly and monthly data and information to site teams, key stakeholders and partners
Adhere to health and safety and environmental standards,
Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time.

The person…

Demonstrable experience with on-site documentation control and familiarity with Electronic Document Management Systems
Knowledge of the Construction industry
Ability to manage a diverse workload and work in a fast moving environment providing accurate and timely information to a high standard.
Understanding of maintaining confidentiality.
Good knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word and database systems
Great communications skills both written and verbal.
Positive and flexible approach to work and the team.
Willingness to learn and undertake further training as required
Training for in-house systems will be provided to the successful candidate
