End of Line Technical Leader:
Position summary

Meta System is seeking an experienced EOL Technical Leader for our HQ in Reggio Emilia, Italy.

In this role, you will lead the Testing Cluster Team, collaborating with R&D and Manufacturing to gather technical specifications for the development of testing systems (HW and SW) for both sample and series production. You will oversee the entire manufacturing development process, including RFQ, sourcing, system feasibility, supplier development, cost management, commissioning, change requests, and production launch.

Key Responsibilities:
Leading team to works closely with several HW and SW Team Leader to follow the new project developments starting from the A Sample in order to suggest project and process changes to improve testing efficiency (Design For Manufacturing).
Supervise collection of all technical information from the R&D to made, keep updated and share the “EOL Test Specification” for both samples and series product
Leading team during working activity closely with Manufacturing Dep. to identify/define the list of tools and equipment needed to test new the products
Assure proper synergy between dept. to support EOL system debug, during the handover phases from to Manufacturing Dep. to Production
Achieve the daily production goal by analyses of KPI performance provided by Process Quality, identify bottlenecks, and act Continuous Improvement activity to resolve issue and gain required operational efficiency
In charge of the global program for the standardization of configurations and test methodologies throgh local teams (Italy, Slovakia, China)
Travel 15% Time

Must Have:
Degree in engineering (electronics would be preferable) or education / experience equivalency
Minimum of five years practical work experience in test system
Past experience of Ni Lab VIEW and NI Test Stand environment
Good knowledge of the most common software tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
Understanding of electronics technology, manufacturing methods and quality processes on automotive Industry
Demonstrated ability to be a team player and a team builder
Proficiency in English is required
