In this vital role, you will play a key part in ensuring seamless export experiences for our
valued customers.
You will leverage on your strong communication and problem-solving skills to:
- Champion Customer Success: build strong relationships with export customers, proactively address inquiries, and consistently deliver high-quality service to meet or exceed satisfaction goals.
- Navigate the Booking & Bill of Lading Process: expertly manage the booking and bill of lading acceptance process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Embrace Continuous Improvement: be an active contributor to department improvement initiatives, helping us streamline processes and optimize performance.
- Thrive in Transformation: as ONE Italy undergoes digital transformation, you will have the opportunity to learn, adapt, and contribute to shaping the future of our customer service function.
Responsibilities
- Provide full customer support from booking submission to loading and documentation stages
- Effectively communicate with customers via Email, Live chat and Phone
- Cooperate with other ONE departments to meet customer's needs.
- Contribute to Digital Deflection growth and meeting Booking management and customer experience KPI.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Good written and spoken communication skills in English
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace
