We are looking for a Factory Product Manager managing and driving new product development projects and ensure that all technical/marketing documents in the factory are up to date and available at launch of the new products.
You will actively collaborate with the sales organization, the distribution network and key customers by promoting our solutions, building competence and continuous collaboration with the R&D team to initiate new products and solutions.

The success is measured in revenues and profitability, as well as in Customer satisfaction. We all commit for not only meeting, but exceeding Customer expectations for a very wide range of Condensate Management applications and technology related.

The role reports to the VP Marketing Filtration of Medical Gas Solution Division.

What you will deal with in the role of Factory Product Manager?

• Coordinate that we have everything in place to launch a new product range: clear message and USP for the product(s), product brochure is complete and ready, videos and pictures of the products are made (studio and/or application pictures), products are loaded on our web site.
• Ensure that all technical and marketing documents for the products in your factory are up to date and available on the designated portals.
• Participate in product trainings and events.
• Manage Product Development Projects from initial feasibility till completion of the master specification.
• Make master specifications
• Make all communication & marketing materials available
• Supporting the customer centers with training to improve product and application knowledge
• Setting up promotional activities in line with the overall communication plan
• Giving active support to the daily business operations in our Customer Centers
• Supporting the Business Line Manager's, sales people and regional marketing managers in their sales activities on commercial matters (correct product selection, request for Information/ Quotations (RFI/RFQ)) in order to increase their productivity and their confidence to sell more. Assuring that they have a focus on application solutions.
• Supporting the visits from our custmers at the factory (planning, organization, communication,..)
• Providing the required information on sales forecasts.
• Managing the daily issues and come up with solutions
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, competition and market.
• Assist with Pricing (new part numbers, calculations, ..)

What we expect from a Factory Product Manager?

• Having an engineering degree and/or relevant experience within Industrial companies
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ideally 3 years of experience in a similar role or other sales&marketing function
• Knowledge of MS Outlook and Excel. Mastering Power BI is a strong plus.
• Fluency in English. Italian or willing to learn is preferred.
