Il candidato supporterà l'F&B Manager, conoscendo l'operatività dei vari reparti (Cucina, Ristorante, Bar, Room Service e Banchettistica). Potrà inoltre coordinare i reparti secondo le procedure e le linee guida di una compagnia internazionale.In particolare, si occuperà:

di back office, attraverso la gestione delle richieste e delle prenotazioni,

della parte più operativa, collaborando all'organizzazione e all'allestimento di eventi e banchetti.

Pianificazione delle welcome amenities per gli ospiti e VIP treatments

Controllo arrivi giornalieri in hotel

Organizazzione eventi, Cooking class, stesura menù

Trasmissione di nuovi ordini per materiali degli outlets, rapporti con fornitori

Per tutte le posizioni sono richieste:
_ buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
_ buona conoscenza dei principali sistemi informatici ed in particolare del pacchetto Office
_ serietà, affidabilità, proattività, precisione, attenzione ai dettagli, buone doti relazionali e comunicazionali, capacità di lavorare in team, motivazione
