Il candidato supporterà l'F&B Manager, conoscendo l'operatività dei vari reparti (Cucina, Ristorante, Bar, Room Service e Banchettistica). Potrà inoltre coordinare i reparti secondo le procedure e le linee guida di una compagnia internazionale.In particolare, si occuperà:
- di back office, attraverso la gestione delle richieste e delle prenotazioni,
- della parte più operativa, collaborando all'organizzazione e all'allestimento di eventi e banchetti.
- Pianificazione delle welcome amenities per gli ospiti e VIP treatments
- Controllo arrivi giornalieri in hotel
- Organizazzione eventi, Cooking class, stesura menù
- Trasmissione di nuovi ordini per materiali degli outlets, rapporti con fornitori
Per tutte le posizioni sono richieste:
_ buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
