About Antech Italy Antech Diagnostics is rapidly expanding, and we are looking for passionate talent to join our dynamic team! Antech Diagnostics Italy offers a full range of products and services in veterinary diagnostics, ensuring high-quality care for companion animals. Through partnerships with global leaders, we provide veterinarians with the most innovative technologies in imaging and laboratory analysis.

We are currently looking for a skilled Field Technician to join our team. In this role, you will c arry out installations of equipment marketed by Antech, conduct regular field visits, identify technical problems and resolve them in a timely manner. Furthermore, you will provide explanations to customers on equipment use and maintenance procedures.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage all installation, repair, maintenance and testing activities on site and in the Workshop.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine appropriate solutions
• Follow all company procedures and protocols
• Collaborate with the technical team and colleagues involved and share information within the organization
• Provide assistance and support to customers during field visits, understand customer needs and make appropriate recommendations
• Plan and conduct timely field visits
• Keep track of the progress of work and produce timely and detailed service reports
• Review technical operations procedures and with proposed improvement measures
• Provide explanations on the use of equipment as and when required and respond to any questions from customers.

Your profile:

• Technical qualification in IT, electronics or similar
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Very good communication skills and customer service mindset
• High level of organization and reliability
• Willingness to travel.
